We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close any account found in violation of these rules without prior notice and without refund of any purchased VC$ where permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
